Dieser aromatische Gerstentee wird im traditionellen Sandofenröstverfahren hergestellt.
Hergestellt aus 100 % heimischer (Japan) Rokujo-Gerste ohne Zusatzstoffe. Hergestellt von der 1940 gegründeten Kawahara Seifun-jo nach der originalen, leicht tiefen Röstmethode von Tokyo Handa-en. Es kann mit Wasser aufgebrüht werden, um eine kräftige Wasserfarbe zu erzeugen, und man kann das reiche Aroma und den sanften Geschmack genießen, die für die Sandofenröstmethode einzigartig sind.
Da es kein Koffein enthält, ist es für jeden unbedenklich, von Kindern bis hin zu stillenden Müttern und älteren Menschen.
